Video: Promoters and Venues – Create Sets / Calculate Set Times

To create and manage set times, go into your upcoming events calendar. Find the event you’d like to create sets for and click manage.

The set time controls are located towards the top. The default is to generate sets in sequence. It’s as easy as clicking the plus or minus button to add or subtract sets.

If you’d like to generate more precise sets times, click “Use Actual Times”. Fill in your start time, set length, and changeover length, then click “Create Set Times”. Boom! MusicIDB creates the perfect sets for you.

You can drag and drop booked bands into whatever set you’d like. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Future features include “Print Set List”, “Headliner Set Times”, “Non-uniform Set Lengths”, and the ability for bands to upload their stage plot.
