We signed our cofounders agreement in November of 2012, and as noted in that document, all of us will be working together hard for the next 4 years while we keep the energy flowing to make MusicIDB.com a reality.

Brian Bahia

CEO, UX Designer, Media Director, Co-founder

Brian is an experienced sound technician, marketer, and entrepreneur.  He started with AudioEast in 2003 as a sound engineer, working through various sound and event production companies and doing stagehand and audio technician work for ClearChannel as well as Local 11 Stagehands Union in Boston, giving him experience at events…

Brian is an experienced sound technician, marketer, and entrepreneur.  He started with AudioEast in 2003 as a sound engineer, working through various sound and event production companies and doing stagehand and audio technician work for ClearChannel as well as Local 11 Stagehands Union in Boston, giving him experience at events at TD Banknorth Garden, Comcast Center, Hynes Convention Center, and the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.  In 2008 he founded Stellar Productionz to act as a promoter of local music events.  From 2010 to 2012 he was a Web Designer, Developer and Marketing Coordinator for Bridgeline Digital, where he learned web development and then founded Stellar Web Studios, a storefront web development studio in Lowell to provide local businesses with low cost, high quality websites.  These jobs gave him experience managing teams of up to twenty both in person and off-shore.  Brian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and an Associate’s Degree in Audio Production from the New England Institute of Art in Brookline, MA.

Daniel Shedd

Dan started at Percussion Software, a mid-size web development company, where he handled support for UK and overseas clients.  He joined Stellar Web Studios in January, 2012 where he develops custom websites for local small businesses.  Dan holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Middlesex Community College.

Mitch Candiano

Co-founder

Mitch Candiano has been involved in event booking for over a decade.   He frequently provides artists with contracts at large scale festivals and books approximately 5 to 10 shows each month with the various bands and venues he works with.

Greg Gervais

Greg is an experienced DJ and entrepreneur. He grew up in the Live Entertainment Industry with both his parents who were professional musicians and talent agents. His first job was at Party Vision, a Boston-based event company. He has contributed to several other local event firms over a period of…

Greg is an experienced DJ and entrepreneur. He grew up in the Live Entertainment Industry with both his parents who were professional musicians and talent agents. His first job was at Party Vision, a Boston-based event company. He has contributed to several other local event firms over a period of twelve years covering all aspects of the live music scene from the Rolling Stones at Fenway Party, to karaoke events at a local bar. In 2012 he co-founded Boston L.I.V.E. Events, a full service event production company catering to weddings, and special events in the New England area. With his sales expertise Greg has doubled the sales at Boston L.I.V.E. in the past year. Greg holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Audio and Media Technology from the New England Institute of Art.
