We will do a lot of social media work on these outings, potentially taking pictures, doing interviews with fans, bands and videos. The images taken during your outings when employed by MusicIDB will be the property of MusicIDB. I irrevocably and absolutely consent to the unrestricted use by Megabase Inc / MusicIDB, and their online and offline marketing channels of any and all photographic, video or other images of me created during my shifts working for MusicIDB for all purposes, in any form, and in any and all media without limitation, and the right to use my name in connection with these instances. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images, advertising copy, accompanying text, or any other printed or visual matter that may be used in conjunction therewith, or to inspect or approve any version of any use(s) to which the images may be employed or used in conjunction therewith. I am not affiliated with any Model agent or agency and have no conflicting agreement, whether written or oral, pertaining to the creation, use or publication of the images. I acknowledge I have read this release, understand the terms and conditions contained within. I understand that MusicIDB is relying on the accuracy of these representations.
