Get a MusicIDB API Key

The MusicIDB API is available for artist, venues and companies.

The API Key is required by the MusicIDB Events Calendar WordPress Plugin.

Artists

As of August 2020, we have launched the beta version of the MusicIDB Plugin for Artists.

Please Request an API Key here:

  • If you need an API key for your venue, please claim your venue, scroll down for more information
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Venues

If you are managing a venue page, you can now generate your API key by visiting your claimed and approved venue page on MusicIDB, then clicking the Embed Codes button.

Visit your venue page by searching or clicking the Page link on the left under the Venues I manage area:

Click Embed Widgets on your venue page

Click the WordPress Plugin tab and Generate your API Key
